Terms of Service
Last updated: June 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the i4one application and related services (the "Service") provided by i4one ("i4one", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and connected-account authorizations secure.
2. The Service
i4one provides AI agents that assist you and act on your behalf only with your authorization. For actions that change your data, the Service presents a plan and waits for your approval before executing. The Service is currently offered to a limited group of testers and is provided on an "as available" basis; features may change, be added, or be removed.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use the Service lawfully and only with accounts, data, and content you are authorized to use.
- Review and approve the actions the Service proposes; you remain responsible for actions you approve.
- Do not use the Service to violate the rights of others, transmit unlawful or harmful content, or breach any third-party terms.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, circumvent security controls, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
4. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services (for example, Google). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and you authorize i4one to interact with them on your behalf within the permissions (scopes) you grant. We are not responsible for third-party services. You can revoke access at any time through the relevant provider's settings.
5. AI-generated output
The Service uses AI models that can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing output and proposed actions before relying on or approving them. Do not use the Service as a sole basis for decisions that require professional (e.g., legal, medical, or financial) judgment.
6. Intellectual property
i4one and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, and content, excluding your content. You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant i4one a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, i4one WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED [the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100].
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold i4one harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke its access from your connected-account permissions. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your governing-law jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be subject to the courts located in [your jurisdiction/venue].
